Played LOTSA volleyball this week

And I mean LOTS

Volleyball inter-class competition held yesterday

When going home,

Tired like hell -.-

Almost half dead ady

But stilll, it was fun :)

But got a lil angry

Not because we didnt won

Due to the unfair-ness of the judgement of the game

But gonna continue another game today with im not sure which class

Just hope we'll win and maybe make it to the finals ><

Goin to school after the exams was fun yet not

Not much studying, many fun activities to be held

Yess, also known as the NERVE-RACKING MOMENT XD

Had been to lotsa volleyball training these days

Cause the inter-school competition is on Monday

And i've been selected to go to SMK Seri Kembangan

With a few other players

Actually i really wanted to spend time with my friends

But i guess I'll be back to be with em' :)

Matthew began dancing at the age of 2 at the Alyson Livesey Academy of Dance and Drama. At the age of 9, he successfully auditioned for the Royal Ballet School Junior Associate programme, attending weekly classes in Leeds. He currently trains in dance at Centre Pointe Dance Studios in Manchester and will start his full time training at the English National Ballet School from September 2010.

Matthew made his professional stage debut at the age of 12, playing the title role of Billy Elliot in the West End production of Billy Elliot the Musical. He auditioned for the role in February 2005. He made his first appearance in the role on 1 March 2006, and his final performance on 2 December 2006. He was the first non- Caucasian boy to play the role of Billy.

After his time in the West End, Matthew resumed his training at Centre Pointe and as an associate with the Northern Ballet Theatre. He competed in regional and national dance competitions as part of his training.

His achievement includes:

• Fonteyn Nureyev Young Dancers Competition - Winner, 2008
• Janet Cram Awards - Outstanding Dance Award, 2008• Janet Cram Awards - Boys Cup, 2008
• English Dance Championships - Winner, 2009
• Marjorie Davies Tap Awards - Senior Class Prize, 2009
• International Ballet Championship - Winner, 2009
• Young Ballet Dancer of the Year - Winner, 2009
• Young British Tap Dancer of the Year - Runner-up, 2009
• IDTA Senior Ballet Championship – Winner 2010
• IDTA Dance Master – Winner 2010

Following auditions in September 2009, Matthew participated in the inaugural series of Got to Dance, a televised dance competition broadcast on Sky One. He successfully competed in the second semi-final and was one of the six finalists in the first series.
